I'm fostering Murry for Northern Illinois Pug Rescue and I really don't know if they adopt out of the area. But I think it all boils down to what's easy and it's certainly easy to find a home for a puppy. With adults and seniors it's much harder and I would think they would be more willing to go out of state.
Mostly ramblings about some of my passions, needlearts, working on my fixer upper and my dogs, pug Aoife and black labs, Isabelle and Benny.

Great progress on Mrs. P! Murray looks so cute with that bone hanging out of his mouth! So nice that you're fostering.
Mrs. Pearson looks wonderful! I love the birdie perched on the nest. :)
Great progress on Mrs. Pearson. Fostering is such a great thing. I've been considering helping to train Leader Dogs as the headquarters in located in my town. Can's wait to see your start on the next HoHRH house.
I think it's so nice that you foster pugs for other families. That's so sweet! I love your Mrs. Pearson!
Murry is sooo cute!!!! I'm sure you will find him a lovely new home~
I can see the finish line on Mrs. Pearson!!!! And yes, who can ever resist a new start?!
