a tiny quilt

I got a little more finished on Frederick.  I've been working from home the past couple of days so I haven't been stitching but this one is getting close.

I Sunday I didn't feel like stitching and I haven't started my next big project yet so I pieced this little quilt.  It's only 11 inches by 11 inches.  I love how it turned out.  I plan on buying a little quilt rack to hang it on.  I'll machine quilt it with an overall stipple pattern.  Maybe over the coming weekend.
I had my new furnace and HVAC system installed yesterday and today.  I asked that they only remove the equipment from my utility room yesterday so I could do a little work on the room.  This is what I started with.
And this is what I did.  I put down a new sub floor and a laminate floor plus the baseboard trim.  It will be a lot easier to clean now.
It's chilly in the house - a cold morning and they are still here working on the furnace - come on heat!

Wow. Where you a house remodeler in your previous lifetime? What a great job in your utility room and the rest of the house as well. Great progress on Frederick.

Your utility room looks great! Love the little quilt. I remember when I had to replace my furnace it was mid-October in NH and of course we had our first cold spell that week!

Flooring looks great, Margie. And your bedroom - very inviting and comforting. I cracked up over Isibeal in the water - I have had labs my whole life and they are definately water dogs! Your border looks great - I agree with you, it sure is a nice and accomplished feeling when the border is done and matches up! Can't wait to see your quilting on your mini quilt. I haven't quite worked up the courage to try stippling myself.

You seem to have good hands for etsies, Margie. The quilt is beautiful, and so was what you’ve done with the floor. Cleaning the furnace room is oftentimes passed over because it’s tiring merely to think that you need to move the unit. The furnace should be set up in a room keen to its needs and efficient operation. What you did was brilliant! :D

appealing like the rest of the house. How many days, did it take before the installments were finally done?
A new furnace and a new AC; this calls for a celebration! It was a good idea to clean the room and make it appealing like the rest of the house. How many days did it take before the installments were finished?

Jamaal is right. A sufficient space is needed to accommodate the furnace. Also, proper sanitation within its premises is an imperative. It is equally important to check if there are broken fuses and circuit breakers, so that you’ll be sure everything is safe and sound.
