border - check!

I finished up the border on Frederick yesterday. I don't know about you but when I finished the boarder of a piece I always feel like I've made real progress. Not much left now!

On the house front - new HVAC system coming on Monday! Yeah!

Yes, finishing this border is definitely making progress, Margie. Frederick is looking good. I'm working on Fredericka and haven't wanted to start on that border yet. I get so bored with borders for some reason.

Oh yes, completing a border means everything. And it's especially nice when everything meets up the way it's supposed to, even when you know it will.

Looks fantastic, Margie!

I always have a little bit of a panic attack when I get to the last edge of a border, worried that it won't match up. I drag my needle across the fabric at least five times during the course of the stitching. Borders are not my favorite things to stitch, but when it's done it's a great sense of accomplishment for sure. I love this piece(s)
