Not much news on the house front. The sellers now have a contract from me and I'm hoping for short sale approval from their bank within the next 60 days. That's pushing it but I don't want to be held hostage by them and I'm thinking more houses will come on the market starting in the summer. Cross your fingers for me. I originally didn't want to go the short sale route because not many are approved. But it was just too good of a house not to take the chance. Walking into a house with $30,000 of equity in this market is worth the try. :-)
Mostly ramblings about some of my passions, needlearts, working on my fixer upper and my dogs, pug Aoife and black labs, Isabelle and Benny.

Margie ~
Your cross stitch, as always, is lovely.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you on the house! I can't believe you plan on fostering when you get a house!!! More power to you. Not having a fenced yard, I only foster one at a time and ocassionally have my Loocie, too.
Happy Easter.
Pug hugs :)

Good luck with the house!
I thought of you the other day when we bought some agility equipment so we can start Stella on "fun agility." I think she's going to love it! I'll let you know.
