Woohoo I am very happy for you. I thought maybe a week or so of dealing with a rambunctious puppy would change your sister and BIL's mind. Hope Izzy is all settled in :-).
I am so happy for you - you two seemed to be made for each other! I am so glad that she will have a good home with someone who will invest the time into her that she needs.
And she is just beautiful. I look forward to updates on her growing up with you and the pugs. Are you going to do agility with her? She should be a good one for it.
